Jake Lloyd - Episode I: The Phantom MenaceJake Lloyd portrayed nine year old Anakin in the first of the Star Wars movies. Born in Colorado in 1989, he made his screen debut in Unhook the Stars (1995) alongside Gena Rowland and Marisa Tomei, and later portrayed Arnold Schwarzenegger's character's son in Jingle All The Way (1996). He also had a recurring role on NBC's ER. His most recent work was Madison, which was released in 2005.

The Canadian actor had plenty of experience before he took on the role of Anakin Skywalker. Most notably, he starred in
Fox Family's Higher Ground and played Kevin Kline's son in Life As A House (2001). Between the two
Star Wars movies, he starred in Shattered Glass. He has four movies coming out within the next two years.
